Re: Oil coming out of exhaust. If it is engine oil, the valve seals on the exhaust valves could be bad. This will allow oil to run down the valve stem after shut down. This oil will accumulate on the top of the valve, and when you start the engine it will be blown out the pipe with the exhaust.
